Before action can be taken, we first need to be educated on the issues. SCOUT BANANA values learning from others, sharing experiences, and using research-based best practices. Our organization seeks to educate the public in both the US and Africa on specific health care issues in international development by hosting educational activities and events, developing education resources for use in classrooms and communities, and publishing original undergraduate and graduate-level scholarly research. We also work to compile quality resources that other groups and experts have available on relevant subjects.
