I am glad to hear that there are codes in place already. I am not sure where the article was talking about that did not have codes in place but I would have only assumed that Kigali would have them since they are the main city. What is your restaurant? Maybe I ate there when I visited!

Towards villages things might be a bit different but in the major towns restaurants are being constantly inspected and rated.
