Very meaningful article “O”. To the point and I hope they get the dough. Lots of nations love to commit dollars, the US included. Unfortunately very few, the US included come through with the dollars. Hope to see ya soon.

its essential to set the goals even if they aren’t met because otherwise the problems and the people remain invisible.
